This registration is to register your participation and to request guest tickets for the NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering Commencement ceremony at Barclays Center on May 21st. You may request up to five (5) guest tickets for the Barclays Center Commencement ceremony.
Tickets for the All-University Commencement at Yankee Stadium on May 20th are available here. You may request up to three (3) guest tickets for the Yankee Stadium Commencement Ceremony. You will be allowed to log in only once to order tickets. Be sure to order all of your tickets during this session. Please note that your four Grad Alley wristbands will be automatically included with your order. You do not have to attend both ceremonies; although participation is encouraged.
Please note: Academic attire is mandatory to wear at both commencement ceremonies. The attire will be rental gowns to align with other NYU schools. Please return the rented attire AFTER the ceremony at Barclays Center.
To order attire, please visit Herff Jones online. Select “Rent a Cap and Gown”," then select "May 2015 Ceremony," and "Poly School of Engineering," as well as your degree level (Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate).
Tickets for both ceremonies and academic attire will be distributed at the Regna Lounge at 6 MetroTech Center in Brooklyn on May 7, from Noon - 7 pm. Tickets and attire cannot be mailed. If you cannot pick up your tickets and attire in person, you may designate a substitute. See this form for more information. Please sign the form and have your substitute bring a copy to the distribution with them.
Guests with accessibility needs will be accommodated at both venues. Both Yankee Stadium and Barclays Center have handicap accessible seating and event staff will direct those guests as they arrive. If you are a graduate in need of handicap accessibility, please indicate on the survey.
Commencement 2015 is open to all January 2015 graduates and May 2015 candidates only. Students must first apply for their degree through the Registrar's Office.

NYU Tandon School of Engineering dates to 1854, when the NYU School of Civil Engineering and Architecture as well as the Brooklyn Collegiate and Polytechnic Institute (widely known as Brooklyn Poly) were founded. Their successor institutions merged in January 2014 to create a comprehensive school of education and research in engineering and applied sciences, rooted in a tradition of invention, innovation and entrepreneurship.
